Teachers



Sophie Crosthwaite

Sophie graduated from the Stella Mann College after studying with Angela Reynolds in Ossett. There she gained her teaching qualification with the ISTD, and went on to perform in many touring productions.  Sophie also works with Theatre Train in Wakefield and Leeds. 

Sophie teaches Street Level at East Ardsley on Mondays where she also teaches Musical Theatre.



Jenny Dean

Jenny started dancing at 2 and did her early training with Linda Wallace and then transferred to The Deborah Coultish School of Dance when she was 15 where she completed her training. She has a BA(Hons) in Dance Practice and Performance from the University of Wolverhampton where she attained an excellent  2:1.

Jenny has recently achieved the NCSSE (The National Council for Spirit Safety and Education) Level 1 - Cheer Dance and Coaching Principles and Ethics and Level 2 - Program Management and Cheer Fundamentals.

She has a special interest in teaching children with disabilities and learning difficulties.

Jenny teaches every element of dance within the school at Alwoodley and Morley.

 

  

Jemma Appleson

Jemma started training with Deborah when she was 3, whilst the School was run by Gill Caplan.  Jemma is an exceptionally gifted student and is currently studying to be a personal trainer with Harrogate College 

Jemma teaches Street Level Street Dance at Alwoodley on Tuesdays.
